Sigur Ros are getting very popular here… The BBC have picked up on them and they’re using them a lot in links and trailers. Rather like what they did with Lemon Jelly a few years back.
I read the Register. And today the headline that caught my eye was “Extra anus kills four-legged chicken”. How could I NOT click on that story?

All the articles I’ve read have debated whether it’s art or not. First of all, everyone I saw taking the ride regressed instantaneously to become a 5 year old: this is an amazing experience and I believe the experience itself is really worthwhile.
Secondly, we have this huge industrial hall, which used to house generators for a power station, and dangling out of the walls we have these 4 steel tendrils. It’s definitely art, on a huge scale.

My favourite is this one. The shadow of the slide looks quite sinister.
Sue and I went to Tate Modern on Tuesday night, and had a go on the slides that have just opened there. Here’s a video.
